"The Faith of a Mustard Seed"

There are so many things going on in the country and in the world right now, it can be challenging to let go of somehow needing to know the outcome. We watch the news, look for trends, talk to our family and friends just to try to figure out what will happen next as we attempt to plan our lives during a time of untimely uncertainty. Yes, life always renders twists and turns, and the harsh bumps can place us in a state of diminished faith for If we can't see it, we don't believe it. But it's through our courage to believe in the Divine plan over our own that we can release inner chaos and fears to find inner peace, resilience and healing.

No matter how little our faith, as long as it is sincere it has true power. Now is the time to cultivate just a tiny bit of faith, if only that of a mustard seed to move the mountains which war and inequality hide behind, to release daily distractions and ease deep and destructive traumas that cripple us, so that we may gravitate towards creating a more positive outlook with the expectation of a Divinely guided outcome. Positive self-talk is essential. Releasing words such as can't, and instead replacing it with it's possible with aligned choices, work, mindful meditation, prayer and faith can ignite monumental changes in our lives and the lives of those around us. Faith takes courage, strength and resilience as it can sometimes go against everything that seems possible based upon logic, and sometimes science. However, when we trust in something bigger than ourselves, it offers the opportunity to dream bigger, leading us through a more abundant life with lessons that produce growth and wisdom. Each of us has a place deep within ourselves that wants to believe in the Divine, and when we find that special place within ourselves to do so, we become empowered to reap the spiritual benefits recognizing that we are never alone.

May we open our hearts, minds and souls allowing time with patience to visualize and actualize our best lives into existence. If each and every one of us demonstrates and cultivates the faith of just a tiny mustard seed, through collected consciousness we will affect our family, our friends and the world one mustard seed of faith at a time. Believe!
