Service Description

This session is a mindful and gentle practice with healing sound cultivating empathy, compassion, confidence and inner peace. We will also practice stillness with hands on time with instruments tapping into creative consciousness raising vibrational energy with positivity and playfulness.​ What better way to set our children up for a week of positivity, productivity and peace!
